Cheer Offerings

This year the West Central Youth League is proud to provide a safe and fun opportunity to be involved with youth cheerleading. We will strive to teach the same fundamentals as our Middle and High School to ensure a smooth transition as our children progress through the sports system. Our goal is to coach skill development, learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and friendly competition to set up our youth for success. Registration will take place in June with practices starting in August. Team communication and scheduling will take place through the Heja app. Girls must be West Central students or live in the West Central school district to participate.

Flag - Kindergarten , 1st, & 2nd Grade

• Each Cheerleader will receive a t-shirt and bow to keep. Each girl will receive poms that will be returned at the conclusion of the season.

Jr Tackle - 3rd & 4th Grade & Sr Tackle - 5th & 6th Grade

• Registration will include uniform top and skirt. Each girl will receive poms that will be returned at the conclusion of the season. Parents will be responsible for providing black spanx for under the uniform skirt.
